Job Summary:  

Responsible for new production line realization, line upgradation and modification for KPI improvement, Production Planning/management.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:      

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute manufacturing capacity expansion project according to customer forecast(VPZ) and business/investment plan: Manage or coordinate projects (as situation requires) for installation of new manufacturing lines, processes or machines within the scope of the launch of new products or for cost, quality, delivery, or H&S; improvements.
• Participate in the design/release of new products, at the early stage of the project, to ensure manufacturability and optimal product design, and to lead the manufacturing efforts for the new production introduction process
• Coordinate with PjM/TEF/BPS/HSE and other related areas for technical specification definition, MAE concept creation, design freeze, final acceptance and release                                      
• To ensure manufacturing process/equipment/documents readiness according to project requirement
• Deal with EC / ECRs management, especially EC/ECRs implementations
• Contact window for customer projects
• Close customer audit open points on time, meet customer project timeline and make sure plant readiness for new customer projects
• Be responsible for customer sample preparation
• Other projects based on business requirements like robot upgrade, Oven for TIM curing, AGV projects, AI project, new grip for packaging
• Service order, sample report, trial run, optimization process, capex planning topics
