Job Description
• R&D; areas _ Power Assembly Interconnection Technology (AIT) for automotive & semiconductor products application
• FE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnects
• Simulation support for local and global product development projects and local plant
• Method development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiency
• Cooperation with international development locations and national institutes
