Job Description
• Technical Customer Support: Power device selection, schematic review, and design implementation; troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and system-level issues; Support product evaluation, validation, and qualification activities.
• Design-In and Business Support: Work with sales teams to identify design opportunities and drive design wins; Promote PWR product portfolios, reference designs, and solution offerings; Present technical product capabilities to position against competitor products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams; Provide customer feedback for future product development; Support new product introductions (NPI)
