Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Engineering Technician - Equipment to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations and maximum productivity. You will work closely with production teams and engineering staff to support our facility's operational excellence and equipment reliability.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using analytical skills and technical knowledge, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, equipment records, and technical documentation to track service history and performance metrics
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules and manufacturer specifications
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational standards
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and support production schedules
• Identify opportunities for equipment optimization and process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and team members
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting
