Job Description

Experience / Skills / Abilities:

• Monitor process trends and KPIV/KPOV control charts in real-time to ensure production remains within acceptable limits.
• Interpret control charts to identify trends, shifts, or out-of-control conditions.
• Perform visual inspection job as part of QC function
• Maintain records, analyze trends, and initiate corrective actions to maintain consistent production quality.
• Collaborate with production, QC leader & engineering teams to uphold high-quality standards.
• Perform defect analysis and mapping to identify patterns and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Document all findings and issues in accordance & send out accurate quality report at the end of each shift
