Solutions Architect Power Platform

• Act as the lead Power Platform and Solution Architect, or work alongside other architects, on strategic projects including business application, digital transformation, procurement and software development initiatives.
• Work with business analysts, product owners and project team members to understand business requirements and facilitate the definition of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Review and design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned with organisational standards.
• Define Power Platform architecture and governance covering environment strategy, security, identity and access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), custom connectors, application lifecycle management, monitoring and operational ownership.
• Design solutions that meet business requirements and involve collaboration across applications, integration, data, security, cloud and infrastructure architecture domains.
• Assess solution requirements and determine when the appropriate technology and when Power Platform, Microsoft, Azure or custom-development capabilities should be used.
• Design integration between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services and other enterprise applications using appropriate integration patterns and APIs.
• Present wider solution designs to architecture governance forums for review and approval.
• Support enterprise architects in the development of architecture roadmaps, business applications and associated technology platforms.
• Manage relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, acting as a trusted architecture adviser throughout the solution lifecycle.
