Job Description
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving equipment availability, performance, and lifecycle reliability by applying structured problem-solving, data analysis, and predictive maintenance methodologies. This role focuses on identifying chronic losses, reducing unplanned downtime, and driving long-term corrective actions that improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
By applying the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology, the engineer ensures that maintenance strategies are risk-based, cost-effective, and aligned with Bosch’s TPM objectives.
