We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Relationship Manager to join our team for field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting technical products, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to travel for field visits.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities through field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products or solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product information, pricing, and timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and convert leads into sales.
• Basic Technical Knowledge
• MS Excel Knowledge
• Field Sales Readiness
• Must have a personal bike and a valid driving licence.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Preferred Experience

• 2 - 6 Year Experience in field sales, technical sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
