Support the Operations Behind Global Digital Products
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization and support workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI capabilities, our global product organization is transforming how enterprise operations work at scale.
We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and high-potential interns who are passionate about Project Operations, coordination, and execution excellence. This is not a passive admin internship — you will work directly with global product leaders and gain hands-on exposure to leadership operations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution in an international environment.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
• Project & Operation Support• Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and operational coordination activities
• Attend meetings, capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow up until closure
• Maintain trackers for actions, milestones, risks, and key deliverables
• Prepare concise weekly updates and operational reports
• Stakeholder Coordination• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams
• Help ensure clear ownership, timelines, and communication across teams
• Support workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities
• Operational Excellence• Create and improve templates, trackers, and documentation standards
• Support process improvements to make operations more structured and efficient
• Learn how global product organizations manage execution, planning, and delivery cadence
