Job Description
• Ordering indirect materials and distributing them between sites
• Handling supplier logistics claims and complaints
• Verification of supplier invoices and reconciliation with the Finance Department
• Archiving transportation documents and shipping records
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of the goods receipt process
• Managing proof of delivery documentation for EU shipments
• Optimization of warehouse inventory levels for packaging materials
• Liaising with internal departments
• Preparing reports and analyses
• Providing support to internal departments regarding SAP goods receipt processes
