Job Description
We are looking for motivated German-speaking Phone Sales Specialists to join our team and work with one of Europe's leading telecommunications providers.
In this role, you will combine inbound sales with customer support, helping customers find the right solutions for their internet, telephone, and TV needs.
Your responsibilities:
• Advise customers over the phone and recommend suitable products and services through inbound calls.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize your earnings through an unlimited commission scheme and additional performance bonuses.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to internet, telephone, TV services, routers, and contracts.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer service.
• Build positive customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
