Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a charismatic and dynamic business leader to represent Bosch in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales, marketing or business development environment preferably with P&L; responsibility. Strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills are required. You will play a crucial role fostering the business development in Vietnam and build up lasting local and regional relationships with third parties.
Responsibilities
• You represent the overall interests of the Bosch Group in Vietnam and act as legal representative for the entity Robert Bosch Vietnam.
• You cultivate and develop local and regional relationships with third parties.
• As responsible for the social partner management you handle government relations and university relations among others.
• You foster business synergies, cross-selling & (new) business development in Vietnam and the ASEAN region.

• You continuously develop the Vietnam country strategy together with the GBs as well as the enabling functions (C/RO/GS) and present them to respective stakeholders.
• Taking up positions on supervisory and administrative board and being in customer contact on behalf of a division are part of your daily business.
