Job Description
• Act as a Value Stream Controller for the assigned business area, with a focus on:
• Monthly international business reviews.
• Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Actual budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Preparation and support of management reports.
• Perform profitability calculations to support new business opportunities and product relocation projects to Thailand.
• Manage pass-through business controlling, with a focus on P&L; steering and profitability monitoring.
• Prepare monthly Value Stream cost overviews and continuously improve cost transparency.
• Act as a business partner to Cost Center Responsible Managers, including budget monitoring, variance analysis, and providing financial transparency.
• Drive the continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes, including the integration and application of AI solutions.
• Additional tasks assignments by Manager.
