1. Knowledge of accounting principles, Journal entries and Reconciliations.
2.Highlights exceptions to the SLAs or any other performance metrics like Ageing Open items, Accuracy of task
3. Identify the process improvement areas and get it aligned with client
4 Good communication skills Verbal and written
4.SAP knowledge preferred5.Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, Power- BI
