About the Company We’re a 45+ year old B2B sourcing and distribution company for electrical and industrial products, covering 40+ categories. We’re present in 100+ cities across India and have around 1,500 employees.
Role Overview As HR Partner, you’ll be the first point of HR contact for employees and managers in your assigned units. You’ll run day-to-day HR lifecycle processes accurately and on time. The role reports to the Regional HR or the HRBP Manager at Head Office.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate joining formalities, induction and employee records in the HRMS (Keka)
• Collect and validate attendance, leave and payroll inputs on time
• Resolve employee queries, and log and escalate grievances
• Hold regular employee connect sessions and flag concerns early
• Support the performance cycle with reminders, data and documentation
• Process exits, clearances and exit interviews
• Maintain statutory and policy documentation for assigned sites
• Support engagement and recognition activities, and recruitment coordination with TA
What We’re Looking For• MBA / MSW / PG in HR
• 1–4 years in HR operations or generalist HR
• Hands-on with HRMS (Keka or similar) and good at Excel
• Basic awareness of labour laws
• Organised, detail-oriented and service-minded
• Local language skills for regional roles (Gujarati for the Gujarat role)
