Job Description
THE ROLE
Axiado is seeking an accomplished Director/Sr. Director of Product Management to lead product strategy, product management, product marketing, and marketing communications for our next-generation TCU and AI infrastructure solutions, including our switch products.
This is a highly visible, strategic leadership position responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept and market requirements through product development, launch, commercialization, and end-of-life (EOL).
The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding of server and datacenter infrastructure with exceptional business acumen, customer engagement, strategic planning, and marketing communication skills.
You will translate market opportunities and customer requirements into actionable product roadmaps, work closely with engineering and executive leadership, and establish compelling product positioning that differentiates Axiado in the marketplace.
In addition to owning product strategy and execution, this individual will serve as a key external representative of Axiado, presenting at industry conferences, engaging directly with customers, developing technical and marketing content, and supporting sales initiatives.
This position requires a leader who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.
You are an experienced product leader who understands the intersection of semiconductor technology, server architecture, software, firmware, and datacenter infrastructure.
You have successfully managed complex technology products and understand how to take products from concept to market. You are equally comfortable discussing technical requirements with engineering teams, presenting product strategies to executive leadership, and communicating product value propositions to customers and industry audiences.
You bring a combination of strategic and tactical thinking, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple organizations.
You are an exceptional communicator who can bring clarity to complex initiatives, align expectations, establish priorities, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
You understand that successful product leadership extends beyond defining features and roadmaps. It requires understanding the customer, anticipating market needs, positioning products competitively, enabling sales teams, and communicating the company's vision to the marketplace.

PRODUCT DEFINITION FRAMEWORK
• Market Requirements Document (MRD): Focuses on the market opportunity. It outlines the target customer segments, user personas, competitive landscape, and the broad high-level problems the product must solve.
