Job Description

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

Figma is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Monetization to help shape how teams buy, adopt, and scale Figma. In this role, you'll be the marketing partner to our Product Growth and Monetization teams, owning go-to-market strategy and customer communications for updates related to our billing model and plans. You'll also support our Organization and Enterprise selling motions, bringing new admin and governance features to market and equipping sales with the resources, enablement, and processes to win and grow key accounts. If you have a knack for distilling complex product changes into clear, structured communications, or you're excited about helping the world's largest companies get the most out of Figma, this role is for you.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

• Own end-to-end product marketing efforts for Figma's billing, pricing, and monetization initiatives—including external communications, messaging, and launch strategy for plan updates and new offerings

• Craft clear, concise customer communications that help admins and buyers navigate complex changes

• Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches that help large organizations manage and scale Figma effectively—ranging from 0 → 1 initiatives to feature enhancements

• Equip Sales with the resources they need to position Figma’s Enterprise capabilities with confidence, so they can grow and win accounts

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns spanning onboarding, activation, and retention

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing with experience supporting Enterprise customers and bringing new products or monetization models to market

• Experience crafting customer-facing communications for billing, pricing, or other high-stakes product changes

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement

• Experience partnering with Product teams and driving alignment with executive partners

• Comfort with complexity—whether that's pricing models, billing logic, admin workflows, or AI features, you're willing to dig in and learn

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models

• Background marketing to admin, IT, or procurement personas at large enterprises

• Experience with AI product marketing or marketing AI-powered features

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
