About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and grow Notion’s enterprise customers in Korea; one of our most strategic markets globally.
As a CSM, you will own the post-sales success of a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor who helps organizations drive meaningful adoption, realize business value, and scale their use of Notion over time. You will partner closely with AE, SE, Support, and regional/global CSMs to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
This role is well-suited for someone who is comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments, navigating multiple stakeholders, and balancing customer advocacy with business impact.
What You'll Achieve
• Drive AI-powered workflow transformation, measurable value realization, and renewals across a portfolio of named accounts.
• Shape customer outcomes, strengthen partnerships, and contribute directly to predictable revenue.
• Lead structured discovery and hands-on AI workshops to design, prototype, and scale workflows that solve meaningful business problems.
• Develop and execute joint success plans that align customer objectives, adoption milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Own renewal readiness and partner with AEs on renewal and expansion strategy.
• Become a trusted product and workflow expert who can translate Notion’s AI, integration, and developer capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong discovery and problem-framing skills, with the ability to uncover business challenges, map workflows, and translate them into actionable solutions.
Skills You'll Need to Bring
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, AI Solutions Consulting, or another customer-facing role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Candidates with a software engineering background should also demonstrate meaningful customer-facing or consulting experience.
• Experience managing complex B2B customers with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong discovery and problem-framing skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and creating structure
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales
• Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency
Nice to Haves
• You are a power user of Notion
• A technical or developer-adjacent background, with the ability to work hands-on with workflows, AI tools, integrations, or developer capabilities and engage credibly with engineering and IT stakeholders.
• Experience conducting structured customer discovery using design thinking or consulting-style problem framing
• You've been a first or early hire at a fast growing start up
