Overview of the Role

Accelerate is InMobi's AI-native omnichannel advertising platform, purpose-built for SMBs and agencies. Alongside the core platform, InMobi operates an Alliances business that functions as an authorised reseller for premium publishers at global scale. As these partnerships deepen and expand, the infrastructure that supports billing, budget management, payment flows, and revenue operations must scale in kind.

This role exists to own that infrastructure. As Product Manager / Senior Product Manager for Payments, Revenue Operations & Alliance Technology, you will be accountable for designing and building the payment and financial operations layer that powers both Accelerate and the Alliances business. This encompasses the payment mechanisms through which advertisers fund their campaigns on Accelerate, the billing and settlement infrastructure required by our publisher partners, and the revenue operations tooling — including CRM and financial system integrations — that keeps the business running efficiently at scale.

You will work in close collaboration with internal Finance teams, publisher partners, and third-party payment providers, as well as with engineering and the broader product organisation. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, Accelerate, this role requires a practitioner who brings both the domain depth to navigate the complexity of payments and financial operations and the product sensibility to build systems that are seamless, scalable, and trustworthy.

The Impact You Will Make

Build and Scale the Accelerate Payment Platform
You will own the end-to-end product vision and execution for how advertisers pay into Accelerate and how those funds are allocated and settled across publisher channels. This means designing a payment infrastructure that is robust enough to handle global transaction volumes, flexible enough to accommodate multiple publisher relationships and billing models, and simple enough that an SMB advertiser experiences it as frictionless. This is a foundational capability for Accelerate's commercial model and will be a direct enabler of platform growth.

Own the Alliance Payment and Billing Infrastructure
InMobi's Alliances business requires dedicated payment and billing capabilities for each publisher partnership — covering how funds flow from advertisers through InMobi to the publisher, how reconciliation is handled, and how billing is communicated to all parties. You will own this infrastructure as the partnership portfolio expands, ensuring that each new publisher relationship can be onboarded efficiently onto a common, scalable platform rather than requiring bespoke builds.

Drive Revenue Operations Integrations
Beyond payments, you will own the integrations that connect Accelerate and the Alliances business to the tools that underpin revenue operations — CRM platforms, financial systems, billing and invoicing workflows, and related third-party services. You will ensure that data flows accurately across these systems and that the operational processes they support are efficient, auditable, and capable of scaling with the business.

Coordinate Across Finance, Partners, and Engineering
This role sits at a consequential intersection. You will work directly with InMobi's Finance teams to ensure that the systems you build meet internal accounting, compliance, and reconciliation requirements. You will engage with publisher partners to understand their billing and settlement expectations. You will partner with third-party payment providers to evaluate and integrate the right solutions. And you will translate all of this into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering teams. The ability to navigate these relationships and synthesise their requirements into coherent product decisions is central to this role.

Establish Standards for a Scalable, Trustworthy Payment Experience
Payment infrastructure must inspire confidence. You will set the standards for reliability, security, transparency, and auditability across every payment and billing surface you own — ensuring that advertisers, publisher partners, and internal stakeholders can trust the systems completely.

The Experience We Require

5–8 Years of Product Management Experience with Depth in Payments or Financial Products
Your background includes meaningful ownership of payments, billing, financial operations, or fintech product surfaces. You understand how payment infrastructure is designed and built — payment gateways, billing cycles, settlement flows, reconciliation — and you have navigated the intersection of product, finance, and compliance in a prior role. Experience within an ad tech, SaaS, or marketplace context is a strong advantage.

Understanding of Financial Operations and Stakeholder Complexity
You are familiar with the operational and financial dimensions of a payments product — how Finance teams think about reconciliation and auditability, how external partners approach billing and settlement, and what compliance and regulatory considerations must be factored into product design. You are comfortable working with Finance, Legal, and external partners as primary stakeholders, not just internal engineering teams.

Experience with Revenue Operations and CRM Integrations
You have owned or meaningfully contributed to integrations between product systems and revenue operations tooling — Salesforce, HubSpot, ERP systems, billing platforms, or analogous systems. You understand how data flows between these systems, where breakdowns occur, and how to build integrations that are reliable and maintainable at scale.

Structured Thinking in Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Environments
Payments and financial operations involve multiple parties — internal Finance, external partners, third-party providers, legal and compliance — each with distinct requirements and incentives. You bring the structured thinking and stakeholder management capability to align these parties around a shared product direction without losing precision or momentum.

Strong Technical Grounding
You are capable of engaging meaningfully with engineering teams on system architecture, API design, and integration patterns relevant to payment and financial infrastructure. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be technically credible and comfortable working at a level of detail that payment systems require.

Precision and Attention to Auditability
Financial systems demand a standard of accuracy and auditability that is unforgiving of shortcuts. You bring a natural disposition toward precision, documentation, and building systems that can be fully traced and reconciled — and you apply this standard consistently across everything you build.

Communication That Works Across Internal and External Audiences
You can translate a Finance team's reconciliation requirement into an engineering brief, and you can explain a product constraint to a publisher's commercial team without ambiguity. This role requires clear, precise communication in all directions.
