Responsibilities

We're looking for a Partner Operations Analyst to join our Partner Operations team. This role will own data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics that power partner performance visibility, deal tracking, and enablement across our partner ecosystem. This is a highly analytical, data-engineering-adjacent role — you'll be building and maintaining the pipelines, dashboards, and data models that partner leadership and cross-functional stakeholders rely on daily.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

Design, build, and maintain Sigma dashboards for partner performance, deal pipeline, tier compliance, and payout tracking

Own data modeling and querying against Snowflake to support partner analytics, attribution, and reporting needs

Build and maintain data pipelines connecting Salesforce, PRM (Allbound), and Snowflake to ensure clean, consistent, and timely partner data

Manage and maintain the partner portal/PRM platform — user provisioning, content updates, tier/permission logic, and adoption tracking

Monitor partner health metrics, tier status, and compliance; flag anomalies and data quality issues proactively

Manage partner deal/referral pipeline data integrity — ensure CRM records are accurate, deduplicated, and properly attributed

Partner with BT/Data Engineering on schema design, ETL improvements, and automation of recurring reporting workflows

Build and maintain Workato recipes/automations to reduce manual reporting and data-reconciliation work

Document data definitions, metrics logic, and reporting processes for the broader Partner Ops function

Support ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses for partner leadership and executive reporting

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

3–5 years of experience in partner operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a data/analytics role within a SaaS environment.

Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouse)

Experience building dashboards/reports in Sigma (or comparable BI tools — Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Familiarity with Salesforce data model; hands-on experience managing a partner portal/PRM platform (Allbound or similar)

Comfort with data pipeline/ETL concepts and hands-on experience with automation platforms (Workato or similar)

Basic sales operations experience — territory/quota data, pipeline hygiene, CRM administration, reporting cadences

Strong analytical rigor and attention to data accuracy/integrity

Ability to document processes and data logic clearly for non-technical stakeholders

Self-starter comfortable building process and reporting infrastructure from the ground up

Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup strongly preferred
