We are seeking a strategic and technically hands-on Team Lead to head a high-impact team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of financial and regulatory data reporting across our regulated entities. This role involves a strong mix of technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of accurate, reliable, and regulatory-compliant reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Financial Analytics team in delivering automated and scalable reporting solutions in areas of: Trading and Dealing, Compliance and AML, Finance.

• Regularly review existing processes to identify optimisation opportunities and reduce manual work.

• Ensure regulatory deadlines are met with accurate, auditable outputs.

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other Technology teams to align on data needs and system integration.

• Own the roadmap for reporting automation with a focus on reducing manual processes and increasing reliability.

• Proactively monitor and plan for source system changes and new product launches, ensuring timely adaptation of data pipelines and reporting processes.

• Contribute to the overall data strategy within the company and represent the team in cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior data or analytics leadership role, ideally within financial services or fintech.

• Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments (including trading workflows and regulatory frameworks).

• Strong knowledge of AML/Compliance reporting requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
