<li>Design and implement high-quality product features that are fast, reliable, and user-friendly</li>
<li>Work across the stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces</li>
<li>Create reusable and maintainable systems and abstractions that help us scale</li>
<li>Drive technical decisions and architectural improvements within your team</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and technical discussions</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve Airtable based on data and user feedback</li>
<li>Learn our systems and best practices through structured onboarding and mentorship</li>
</ul>
<h1>Who you are</h1>
<ul>
<li>You’re a software engineering generalist who values user-centric product development</li>
<li>You must be graduating from an engineering degree seeking program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in 2026&nbsp;</li>
<li>You've completed previous software engineering internships</li>
<li>You have experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design</li>
<li>You are experienced in software development and coding in a general purpose programming language</li>
<li>You derive joy from refactoring and building clean abstractions in order to make complex systems fun to develop and easy to understand</li>
<li>You take a thoughtful approach to decision-making; knowing when to move fast and when to do things right</li>
<li>You are interested in building cutting-edge AI products</li>
