<p><strong>Shifts:</strong> Days &amp; Nights - 08:00-20:00 &amp; 20:00-08:00</p>
<p><strong>Pay Rates (including holiday pay):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Days:</strong> £18.56 per hour</li>
<li><strong>Nights:&nbsp;</strong>£20.83 per hour&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>Weekends:</strong> £23.07 per hour</li>

<p>In this role, you are supporting an adult male with a spinal injury to live independently in the community. An ideal candidate will have experience with spinal injuries in adults, with an enthusiastic &amp; compassionate approach to care. You will require a <strong>manual driving license</strong> &amp; support our client with a busy schedule/routine including days out in the community.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<p>We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:</p>
<p>· <strong>Compassionate and resilient</strong>, with a genuine passion for person-centered care.</p>
<p>· Experienced in UK care (minimum <strong>12 months</strong>).</p>
<p>· Skilled in key areas such as:</p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Exposure to clinical complex care</strong></li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Personal care</strong></li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Manual handling</strong></li>
</ul>
