About this Role
• Proactively generate and convert B2C sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and high-quality conversions.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored sports-led holiday packages.
• Upsell premium experiences, hospitality upgrades, and curated add-ons to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
• Leverage product training and portfolio knowledge to pitch confidently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover and fulfilment.
Qualifiers
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• High motivation with strong ownership of targets and outcomes.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand individual needs.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
