What will you do:
• partnerships growth
• performance management of demand partnerships
• own relationships with top partners like paisa bazaar tata neu super money Buddy loans etc
• onboarding new partners & scale them
• drive unique commercial constructs that maximize disbursals and margins
• be obsessed about funnel efficiencies and helping partners increase their return on investment and hence become a lender of choice for them
• operational excellence
• identify areas of improvement and reduce partners’ funnel leakage and breakdowns
• build operational processes for sustainable scale up execution
• people leadership
• build and grow relationships with key stakeholders across partners
• foster collaboration internally across product risk business intelligence and legal
you should apply if you have/are:
• 4-7 years of experience in partnerships alliances roles
• proven success in scaling demand via partnerships alliances role
• strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• excellent stakeholder management
• deep understanding of CAC unit economics and revenue optimization
• exposure to lending tech stacks and integrations
