Job Title: RevOps Manager (Sales) (US Shift)Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Revenue Operations Manager (US-Shift). As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning, Sales strategy development, and process optimization. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our revenue generation capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on Sales management.
Key Responsibilities:◙ To execute revenue-focused strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.◙ Develop and refine Sales and Business Development strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market.◙ Design and implement performance matrices to track and analyze the Sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.◙ Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall Sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement to optimize Sales conversion.◙ Oversee the CRM workflow, ensuring data accuracy.◙ Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline revenue-generating processes.◙ Collaborate closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations based on revenue trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape.◙ Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in revenue operations to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:◙ Proven track record of success in revenue operations, Sales strategy, and GTM strategy development.◙ Strong background in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and challenges.◙ Experience in designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and driving continuous improvement.◙ Proficiency in CRM systems and workflows, leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making.◙ Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.◙ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.◙ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and present strategic plans to senior leadership.◙ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. >>> [Must be comfortable to work in US-shift hours i.e. 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST]
