Job Description
3 to 5 years of multispecialty medical coding experienceCPC or CCS certification preferredStrong knowledge of Gastroenterology Surgery coding (e.g., Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, etc.)Expertise in E/M coding, level of service selection, and appropriate modifier applicationProficient in ICD-10-CM codingKnowledge of Infusion, Injection, Hydration, Therapeutic, and Chemotherapy codingStrong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures across GI, EM, and Infusion specialties
