POC Specialist/Technical Expert
Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong POC Specialist to lead proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate the full power of algoQA in real customer environments. You will work directly with enterprise clients to design, execute, and deliver POCs that exceed expectations, leveraging AI-assisted automation to demonstrate measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead end-to-end POC engagements, both on-site and remotely, from test case review and input optimization through execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure high-quality POC deliverables, including readable feature files, well-structured object repositories, error-free scripts, and objective evidence-based reports.
• Identify and address test coverage gaps to ensure the POC accurately reflects product capabilities and quality.
• Define POC scope, success criteria, timelines, and measurable business outcomes in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the POC, providing regular updates and managing customer expectations.
• Assess customer test assets, frameworks, automation maturity, and application landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement and value realization.
• Document best practices, reusable assets, implementation patterns, and customer success stories from completed POCs.
Skills & Qualifications :
• 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as QA Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Deep knowledge of test automation, including scripting, object repositories, test case design, and CI/CD integration.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate test quality and optimize assets before execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions and reporting.
• Ability to quantify and demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Leveraged AI-assisted automation tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance, execution, and reporting while reducing manual effort
• Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site at customer locations as required.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent automation frameworks.
• Understanding of API testing, test data management, and test execution pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
Nice to Have:
• ISTQB certification or an equivalent QA qualification.
• Hands-on experience with leading test automation and quality engineering tools.
