About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and creative Brand Executive / ABM to join our marketing team. Thisrole will play a key part in building brand visibility, driving impactful campaigns, and executing integratedmarketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
What You’ll Do● Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans across ATL (TV, print) and BTL/digitalchannels● Lead GTM initiatives across social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketingcampaigns● Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution● Track brand performance, market share, consumer insights, and competitor activities● Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize spends to maximize ROI● Manage brand budgets and marketing investments efficiently● Support new product launches and brand-building initiatives across channels
What We’re Looking For● 3–4 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG/D2C brands● Strong understanding of ATL, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and campaign planning● Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign and consumer data● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills● Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused● Prior experience in sustainable, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
