About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sourcing and managing influencers, coordinating campaigns, and building long-term relationships with content creators.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms
• Evaluate influencer metrics, content quality, and audience authenticity
• Manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding
• Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans based on brand objectives.
• Conduct briefing calls and track content delivery timelines
• Build and maintain long-term, brand-aligned relationships
• Monitor performance and report on campaign results
Requirements
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably from an agency background.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer categories, and digital trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate influencer performance metrics using tools such as Instagram Insights, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
