Quality Analyst

Description:
As a Quality Analyst fresher, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities: ● Testing and Quality Assurance:● Conduct thorough quality tests on products and services, including manual and automated testing.● Identify defects and areas for improvement in products and processes.● Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts.● Analyze test results and identify trends or patterns.● Collaboration and Communication:● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to resolve quality issues.● Document and report defects for corrective action.● Communicate quality findings and recommendations to stakeholders.● Documentation and Reporting:● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test procedures, results, and findings.● Prepare reports on quality metrics and issues.● Process Improvement:● Propose solutions to enhance overall quality and identify areas for improvement.● Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards and procedures.● Learning and Development● Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools.● Seek opportunities for continuous learning and development in the field of quality assurance.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:● Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.● Familiarity with testing tools and techniques.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Good communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).● A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
