We are seeking experienced and highly capable Salesforce Senior QA / Lead QA professionals with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, quality assurance, and automation across specialized cloud platforms.The selected candidates will be responsible for driving end-to-end QA activities, ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and business readiness of Salesforce implementations across multiple cloud solutions.This hiring is focused on strengthening our QA capability in key Salesforce domains, and we strongly prefer candidates with industry-specific QA experience relevant to the respective cloud areas, as this will help accelerate onboarding and improve delivery quality.Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end QA activities across Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and releases.Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for cloud-specific business processes.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT support testing.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to validate requirements and business flows.Identify, track, and validate defects and ensure timely closure.Ensure robust testing coverage for integrations, data validations, cloud workflows, and end-to-end business processes.Support manual and automation testing efforts where applicable.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and production validation activities.Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to quality best practices.Specialized Skill Requirements

1. Marketing Cloud QA (2 Resources)

Candidates should have strong experience in:Journey BuilderEmail StudioAutomation StudioAMPscriptData ExtensionsIntegration TestingCampaign workflow validation, subscriber journeys, personalization, and automation testing2. Consumer Goods Cloud QA (2 Resources)

Candidates should have experience in:Industry-specific testing for Consumer Goods Cloud implementationsTesting of high-volume consumer-facing implementationsValidation of large-scale business workflows and domain-specific use casesStrong understanding of consumer goods operational and business process testing3. Commerce Cloud QA (2 Resources)

Candidates should have expertise in:B2C / B2B storefront testingCheckout flow validationPromotions and discounts testingInventory validationPerformance / load testing considerationsPCI compliance aspectsEnd-to-end validation of cart, payment, order, and customer experience flows4. Playwright + Salesforce Cloud QA (2 Resources)

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:Playwright automation frameworkUI automation and regression automationSalesforce cloud testing across multiple cloudsAutomation framework design, reusable scripts, and test executionStrong understanding of Salesforce UI/business flow validation with automation coverageRequired Qualifications

5+ years of QA / Software Testing experienceStrong experience in Salesforce ecosystem testingProven experience as a Senior QA / Lead QAHands-on expertise in at least one of the following:Marketing CloudConsumer Goods CloudCommerce CloudPlaywright + Salesforce Cloud AutomationStrong knowledge of manual testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validationExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to independently own QA delivery for modules or projectsPreferred Candidate Profile
