Job Description

Introduction to the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Partner Alliances & Programs Executive to support strategic cloud partnerships, partner programs, funding initiatives, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and CSPs / ISVs to drive partner success, manage program operations, enable competency achievements, and ensure smooth execution of Alliance initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

• Partner & Alliance Management• Manage strategic relationships with CSPs, ISVs, to drive business growth and collaboration.
• Coordinate partner engagements, enablement activities, and joint GTM initiatives.
• Track partner performance, opportunities, and program milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for alliance-related operational activities.

• Funding & Incentive Operations• Manage CSPs funding programs including MAP, APFP, AI Assessment Funding, and other partner incentive programs.
• Validate eligibility criteria and coordinate submission of funding requests.
• Monitor funding utilization, claim status, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for funding pipelines and partner investments.

• Partner Operations & Reporting• Prepare reports on partner pipeline, funding utilization, competencies, and business performance.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy across partner portals and internal systems.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and technical teams for partner-related initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and CSPs/ISVs representatives.
• Support execution of partner campaigns, enablement sessions, webinars, and strategic initiatives.

• Stakeholder Management• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and CSPs/ISVs partner account teams.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain action trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Escalate issues proactively and drive resolution through appropriate stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Partner Alliances, Partner Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working with CSP ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Understanding of partner programs, competencies, funding/incentive programs, competencies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Presales, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, trackers, and operational documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Google Workspace, and CRM/partner portals.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or other cloud certifications are an added advantage.
