This role requires strong technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI solution design and implementation
• Architect scalable ML systems and data pipelines
• Design enterprise GenAI applications leveraging GPT-4, Claude 3, and open-source LLMs
• Define and implement RAG architectures and multi-agent systems
• Lead fine-tuning strategies and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Oversee deployment on Amazon Web Services.
• Establish MLOps best practices and CI/CD standards
• Mentor and manage AI/ML engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Ensure Responsible AI practices and compliance standards
Required Skills• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Proven experience leading AI/ML teams
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures and transformer models
• Experience with distributed training and model optimization
• Strong knowledge of data engineering and scalable system design
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture,AWS.
Preferred Qualifications• Experience building enterprise-scale GenAI platforms
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks and model governance
• Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, etc.)
• Publications or patents in AI/ML (optional but valued)
Education• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline
