Mid-Senior QA Engineer Web Testing

Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End & Workflow Testing: Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios to validate complex, multi-step web application workflows, UI components, and front-end user interfaces.● Test Automation Engineering: Develop, maintain, and scale automated test suites for web applications using modern front-end automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).● Front-End & API Validation: Perform thorough functional, regression, cross-browser, and responsive UI testing, as well as API testing (Postman, REST APIs) to verify backend data interactions.● Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, prioritize, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and logs in project tracking tools (Jira / Azure DevOps).● CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into continuous integration and deployment pipelines to support rapid, zero-regression release cycles.● Quality Standards & Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and acceptance criteria definitions, ensuring quality is built into feature designs from the start.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
● Experience: 4+ years of professional quality assurance experience focusing on web applications, front-end interfaces, and automated testing suites.● Test Automation Frameworks: Strong hands-on proficiency with automated web testing tools suchas Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.● Manual & Exploratory Testing: Solid expertise in structured manual testing, exploratory testing, test case authoring, and test plan creation.● Front-End & API Testing: Deep understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, SPAs), browser developer tools, and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).● Tooling & Version Control: Experience using Git for test repository management and working within CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
