About this Job: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core technical skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer who is driven by the art of programming. As a core member of the Development Team, the candidate will take ownership of the project(s) by working independently with little supervision. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of applications specifically in PHP. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using Web 2.0 technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Work with Product Managers to architect the application class diagrams, methods and userflow.
• Writing program code and delivering unit tested working solutions along with a documented codebase.
• Hand hold and Lead team of software developers to deliver the architected solutions.
• Be a key input to technical specification, architecture and technical decision-making.
DISTINGUISHED SKILLS (to have):Must Have• Domain knowledge
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Core PHP & mySQL.
• Technical Knowledge
• Extensive knowledge and experience in OOPs and MVC development.
• Team Handling & Problem Solving
Good to Have• Working experience in development using Yii PHP framework.
• Working experience on ERP modules (Strong Understanding of ERP Development).
• Should have worked with Product Based Companies.
• Working at Architect Level.
• Good understanding Scrum.
• Update about new technologies and traits.
• Knowledge of Git.
