Job Description
We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for managing and executing day-to-day production activities for solar panel cleaning robots. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and coordinating with PPC, store, and quality teams.Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily production plans as per PPC scheduleSupervise assembly, fabrication, and production processesEnsure quality standards are maintained during productionMonitor and improve productivity and efficiencyIdentify and resolve production issues and bottlenecksCoordinate with PPC, Store, and Purchase teams for smooth operationsEnsure proper line setup, manpower allocation, and workflowMaintain production records, reports, and MIS dataImplement process improvements and cost reduction activitiesEnsure adherence to safety standards and SOPsSupport new product development and pilot productionRequired Skills:
Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processesKnowledge of fabrication, sheet metal, and mechanical assemblyAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsBasic knowledge of quality control and inspectionFamiliarity with production planning and workflow managementGood communication and team handling skills
