Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for solar cleaning robotsPrepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and BOMs using CAD softwareWork on sheet metal design, fabrication drawings, and assembly designPerform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selectionCoordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for design implementationSupport prototype development, testing, and validationIdentify and resolve design issues during manufacturing and field operationsOptimize designs for cost, performance, and durabilityMaintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and standardsWork on continuous improvement and new product developmentRequired Skills:

Strong knowledge of mechanical design fundamentalsExperience in CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo or similar)Good understanding of sheet metal, welding, and fabrication processesKnowledge of gear mechanisms, motors, and drive systemsFamiliarity with IP ratings, outdoor product design, and corrosion protectionBasic understanding of electrical integration (motors, sensors, wiring)Problem-solving and analytical thinking
