Job Description
• • Act as single point of contact between the company and QCA / F&S; service providerI request to kindly approve to recruit him immediately based on our requirement and oblige.
• Verify submission status, revisions, and acknowledgements on SLDC/RLDC portals
• Monitor real-time generation vs scheduled generation.
• Highlight major deviations to internal teams and QCA for corrective action.
• Support root-cause analysis for high DSM deviation blocks.
• Processing of all payment of DSM charges and service charges to QCA
• Documentation and data keeping
• Co-ordination with internal site team
