Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning• • Lead installation and commissioning of solar panel cleaning robots at site
• Ensure systems are installed as per drawings, SOPs, and safety standards
• Conduct trial runs and handover to customers

Service & Maintenance• • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic systems
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• Ensure maximum uptime of installed systems

Field Support & Troubleshooting• • Handle complex service issues and root cause analysis
• Support junior service engineers and technicians at site
• Coordinate with R&D; and Production for recurring issues and improvements

Customer Coordination• • Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and issues
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel
• Ensure timely closure of service calls

Documentation & Reporting• • Maintain service reports, logs, and maintenance records
• Provide feedback to management on field performance and issues

Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to site safety rules and company safety policies
