Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and technical excellence. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of BESS technologies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Design, planning, execution, and successful delivery of BESS commercial projects.
Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project-related challenges.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders through detailed progress reports and presentations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications And Requirements
Experience: 10 to 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in commercial projects.
Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
Skills
Strong knowledge of BESS technologies and project lifecycles.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
