Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES and DUTIES> Zero incident.> compliances with laws.> follow all safety norms.> Formulating health and safety management plans and overseeing implementation of same as per guidelines.> Ensure that safety management system is maintained promptly throughout the project.> Working on projects for greater environmental/site safety & risk management &formulating; implementing environmental systems & managing overall safety operations.> Compliance & implementation of safety procedure & SOP at job site through contractors.> To create safety awareness through safety talks,meetings, displaying safety posters, slogans & bulletins.> Regular & scheduled safety patrol/inspection of workplace.> Organize safety week/environment week to promote awareness & involvement of the employees.> Identification of hazards and risk for civil work, structural erection, lifting etc. and recommend control measures.> Inspection of all cranes and lifting equipment’s before use.> Accident Incident investigation & reporting & maintaining records and analysis ofaccident statistics.> Reviewing all site job safety plans to ensure that the plans laid are correct and suited for the job.> Planning and execution of safety training & audits.> Managing safety coordination committee consisting of sub-contractors and Company execution department to enhance safe performance at work/site.> Developing training materials & imparting safety training to staff & workmen.
