*Project Manager – Solar Project*  

### *Job Summary:*  

We are seeking an experienced *Project Manager* to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our *solar power project*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, client communication, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.  

### *Key Responsibilities:*  

#### *1. Project Planning & Scheduling:*  

- Develop and manage *project schedules, milestones, and deliverables* to ensure timely completion.  

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless project implementation.  

- Identify risks and create mitigation plans to keep the project on track.  

#### *2. Budgeting & Cost Management:*  

- Prepare *project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports*.  

- Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure adherence to the approved budget.  

- Optimize resource allocation to improve cost efficiency.  

#### *3. Procurement & Vendor Management:*  

- Prepare *Bill of Materials (BOM)* and coordinate with the procurement team for sourcing materials.  

- *Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors/subcontractors* to ensure quality and timely supply.  

- Ensure vendor payments and material delivery schedules align with project needs.  

#### *4. Execution & Coordination:*  

- Oversee *site activities, installation, and commissioning* of the solar power plant.  

- Work closely with *engineers, contractors, and site teams* to ensure smooth execution.  

- Ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.  

#### *5. Stakeholder & Client Communication:*  

- Act as the primary *point of contact* between the company, *clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders*.  

- Facilitate regular meetings, provide project updates, and address client concerns.  

- Coordinate with *regulatory authorities* for necessary approvals and compliance.  

#### *6. Compliance & Safety Management:*  

- Ensure the project meets all *statutory and regulatory requirements* related to solar energy projects.  

- Implement and enforce *health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards* at the site.  

- Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements related to the project.  

#### *7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:*  

- Track *KPIs, progress reports, and performance metrics* to ensure efficiency.  

- Prepare and submit *weekly/monthly project reports* to senior management.  

- Address any deviations and take corrective action to meet project goals.  

### *Qualifications & Requirements:*  

- *Bachelor’s/Master’s degree* in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.  

- *5+ years of experience* in solar power projects, EPC, or infrastructure project management.  

- Strong knowledge of *solar PV technology, project financing, and regulatory frameworks*.  

- Proficiency in *project management tools* (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).  

- Excellent *negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving* skills.  

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
