Deputy General Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Quality Leadership:• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Define quality objectives and establish performance metrics for infrastructure projects.
Quality Control and Assurance:• Lead inspections, audits, and testing procedures to ensure materials and processes meet quality standards.
• Identify non-conformances and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolution.
Compliance Management:• Ensure strict compliance with local and international construction codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for certifications and approvals.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:• Lead a team of quality professionals, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to align on quality expectations and deliverables.
Continuous Improvement:• Analyze project outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in quality management for infrastructure projects.
