Job Responsibilities: Project Planning:• Develop and implement logistics plans for crane operations in wind and solar projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Crane Operations Management:• Oversee the selection, scheduling, and mobilization of cranes for various project phases.
• Ensure that all crane operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Logistics Coordination:• Manage transportation and delivery of equipment, materials, and components to project sites.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
Site Assessment:• Conduct site surveys to determine suitable crane locations and access routes.
• Assess site conditions and potential hazards to ensure safe crane operations.
Resource Allocation:• Allocate resources effectively, including cranes, personnel, and equipment.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
Risk Management:• Identify potential logistical challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all logistics operations.
Communication:• Serve as the primary point of contact for all crane and logistics-related inquiries.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Documentation:• Maintain accurate records of crane operations, logistics schedules, and safety inspections.
• Prepare reports on project progress, challenges, and logistics performance.
Continuous Improvement:• Evaluate logistics processes and crane operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
Training and Development:• Provide training and guidance to team members on logistics procedures and safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the logistics team.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in crane operations and logistics management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
