Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Control:• Manage production scheduling, tracking, and achieving weekly and monthly production targets.
• Oversee capacity planning, manpower planning, and inventory control.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce internal and external PPM.
Quality Management:• Ensure fulfillment of quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Conduct quality checks as per drawings and standards.
• Solve quality problems and ensure optimum productivity, equipment utilization, and in-process inventory management.
Project Management:• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project documentation, including production process plans and project drawings.
Technical Expertise:• Oversee operations involving various machining processes, welding technology, and fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Handle cold roll forming machines and various section settings.
Team Leadership:• Motivate and lead the production team to achieve excellence.
• Conduct supervisory skill training and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Allocate manpower and monitor production lines for smooth operations.
