General Manager
Job Description
· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the TLT /Lattice tower / Monopole sector.· Analyze competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate Company from competitors.· Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and global markets.· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.· Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful execution of transmission line projects.· Oversee the proposal development process, including preparing and presenting business cases, proposals, and contracts.· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.· Address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.· Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance Company’s product and service offerings.· Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
