Sr. HR Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support the Human Resources function across employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience and possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and HRIS administration. This role will work closely with business leaders and employees to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Performance Management• Support the implementation and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate KPI setting, review cycles, appraisal documentation, and performance tracking.
• Assist managers and employees in PMS-related activities and system updates.
Employee Engagement & Relations• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition activities, and cultural events.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when required.
HR Compliance & Policy Administration• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate HR records.
• Assist in drafting and communicating HR policies and process updates.
HR Analytics & Reporting• Generate and maintain HR reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and performance.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain HR dashboards and management reports.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Required Skills & Competencies• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in performance management processes.
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
