About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, result‑oriented professionals to lead our Domestic Business Development initiatives. These roles are designed for ambitious talent ready to expand Scimplify’s footprint across Pan‑India markets.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Drive business growth across Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 cities, unlocking new opportunities in construction, beauty & care, and water treatment sectors.
Customer Engagement: Build and sustain long‑term partnerships with distributors, traders, and end users across India.
Commercial Leadership: Lead negotiations, contracts, pricing, and order execution for domestic clients.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Representation: Represent Scimplify at national exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
Revenue Focus: Deliver measurable growth and contribute to long‑term P&L; success.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of continuous, recent, relevant experience in Specialty Chemicals / Fine Chemicals / Oilfield Chemicals / Chemicals.
Strong grasp of current & future domestic market trends, B2B client engagement, and market analysis.
Proven ability in P&L; analytics, revenue growth, and high‑value negotiations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
