About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our Raw Materials for ConstructionChemicals business. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in supplyingspecialty and performance chemicals to construction chemical manufacturers, with proven experience inbusiness development, strategic account management, and P&L; ownership.
Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute the business strategy for the Construction Chemicals Raw Materialsvertical.● Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L; performance.● Build strategic relationships with construction chemical manufacturers, formulators, distributors,and key industry stakeholders.● Expand the portfolio of specialty raw materials and performance additives used in constructionchemical formulations.● Identify new business opportunities, supplier partnerships, and market segments.● Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management.● Collaborate with R&D;, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific raw materialsolutions.● Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
Preferred Background● 7+ years of experience in Specialty Chemicals, Performance Chemicals, Chemical RawMaterials, or Construction Chemical Raw Materials.● Strong understanding of raw materials such as acrylic emulsions, epoxy resins, polyurethanesystems, polycarboxylate ethers (PCEs), redispersible polymer powders, defoamers, dispersants,rheology modifiers, silanes, pigments, fillers, plasticizers, and other formulation additives used inconstruction chemicals.● Proven experience selling raw materials to construction chemical manufacturers.● Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with P&L; ownership.
